Evernote

Evernote dubs itself as your second brain. It can help you with almost everything. As what they say on their site, it can capture, organize, and share notes from anywhere. You can take notes and save it in different formats such as text, sketches, photos, audio, PDF, web clippings and much more.

What’s fun is that they also implemented a Google Drive Device Synchronization, so you have all your documents on all of your Android devices.

Stride is a flexible app which helps you track anything you want, particularly your daily goals and reminders. It also makes you accountable for the tasks you listed and keeps you motivated. You can do target value by date, average over time and project with milestones.
